Executive Chef Mark Stocks & his
team of Chefs are passionate about using the very best seasonal
local Scottish produce. Their passion, knowledge and enthusiasm
for innovation and creativity reflect in the quality of their
renowned dishes.
Yorkshire man Mark's illustrious
career started in London at the classical British Transport
hotel The Great Eastern. Then working for Gary Rhodes at the
Green House followed by a spell at two Michelin star restaurant
Winteringham Field saw Mark's 'stock' rise.
Mark then joined Ryan Barrie to launch
Citation in Glasgow's Merchant City in November 2007 and now
oversees the day to day running of the kitchens both sides
of the river.
